Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 by Memorial Day per labor guidelines.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Ability to stand for several hours during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Assist guests and new members in tours and onboarding.
• Execute opening and closing procedures.
• Greet members and guests enthusiastically.
• Answer telephone calls and assist with inquiries.
• Assist members with purchases of retail goods and services.
• Promote memberships and programs.
• Operate a computer and point-of-sale system.
• Be knowledgeable about all programs and activities offered.
• Reason, problem-solve, and work under pressure.
• Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and assist as needed.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by supervisors.
