Job summary

USTA National Tennis Center Inc. is seeking a Front Desk Representative to greet visitors, manage check-ins, and direct guests to courts and programs at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center. Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, reservations, and enforcing facility policies, while assisting with community outreach and event support as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
