Job summary

USTA PNW is seeking a Front Desk Associate to support member services and front-desk operations at Vancouver Tennis Center, Mint Valley Tennis Center, and Galbraith Tennis Center in Washington. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt role.

The Front Desk Associate will greet guests, handle phone inquiries, process memberships and registrations, and help maintain a welcoming, safe facility environment. Reports to Facility Operations Coordinator/Specialist.

Qualifications

• Dependability and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with ability to engage guests.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to learn and use registration software and other computer functions.
• Experience with cash and credit transactions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to members, non-members and guests.
• Monitor traffic flow into and out of the facility.
• Handle court reservations and POS transactions.
• Collect payments for memberships, lessons and programs.
• Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
• Ensure registration and check-in/out procedures are followed.
