Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, professional approach and ability to work independently.
• Hands-on ATS experience; Paylocity recruiting module a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
• Manage candidate communication and provide a positive experience.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with recruiting activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information.
• Optimize the hiring pipeline within Paylocity Recruiting.
