Position Details:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Previous custodial experience preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the building, including classrooms, corridors, restrooms, and grounds.
• Regulate HVAC systems for optimal temperature and efficiency.
• Check exit doors and panic bolts during occupancy hours.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, dusting, disinfecting, and window washing.
• Report major repairs to the Facilities Coordinator or Manager.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work with chemicals.

Work Environment:

• Indoor environment with potential loud noise and hot conditions.
