Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a teller to deliver a welcoming, accurate banking experience at our branch.

You will process deposits, withdrawals, payments and check cashing with funds verification, while maintaining cash accuracy and security. You will educate customers on digital tools, refer to specialists when needed, support branch operations, and help provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Attend a 5–7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process routine financial transactions: deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with verification of customer identity and funds.
• Engage customers to understand needs and appropriate solutions.
• Direct customers to appropriate team members for additional services.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Assist with routine inquiries and escalate more complex issues.
• Support lobby management by guiding customers to the right team member.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, directing inquiries.
