Qualifications

• Attend a 5–7 day initial training program, which may involve overnight travel; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with ID verification.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and direct to specialists as needed.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and adhere to security procedures.
• Assist with lobby management and answer calls professionally.
• Support branch operations and travel to training locations as required.
