Job summary

Rally Credit Union in Harlingen, TX is seeking a Teller to provide accurate member transactions and friendly service. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and balance the cash drawer at shift end while maintaining high standards of security and compliance.

You will promote credit union products, assist with account services, and support branch operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with six months of cash handling or cross-selling experience

Qualifications

Six (6) months of cash handling or cross-selling experience is preferred.
High school Diploma/GED is required.
Most important to this position are accuracy, speed, customer relations, judgment, reliability, and ability to engage in relationship building, a highly positive, service orientated attitude.

Responsibilities

Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other member transactions with accuracy.
Provide account services and respond to member inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
Cross-sell credit union products and services to members.
Balance cash drawer at end of shift and resolve discrepancies with supervisor as needed.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products and policies.
