Responsibilities

• Provides timely and courteous service to branch members, assisting with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other transactions.
• Processes branch member transactions efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Performs file maintenance such as change of address, check orders, and ATM card orders.
• Supports cross-selling of Credit Union products and services to members.
• Maintains cash drawer within cash limits and balances daily; assists with branch balancing.
• Has knowledge of Credit Union products and services, including digital and self-service options.
• Responds to member inquiries via telephone, mail, email, or internal referrals.
• Develops and expands member relationships to increase satisfaction.
• Adheres to branch service standards, SLAs, and corporate initiatives.
• Participates in marketing campaigns, promotions, sales and referral programs, contests, telemarketing, and meetings.
• Performs all operational activities in compliance with laws, regs, and Credit Union policies.
• Completes required trainings and participates in staff development.
• Must report to work on time and perform other duties as assigned.
