Job summary

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is desired.
• Teller I: sales, member service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Teller II/III: 1–3 years teller experience with sales and service shown.
• Excellent communication skills; attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to operate standard business machines; punctual and reliable.
• Occasional Saturday, Sunday and evening shifts may be required.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions accurately and timely.
• Greet members with a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Ensure sales and service goals are met.
• Refer members to appropriate staff for sales opportunities.
• Adhere to cash, key and dual control policies.
• Follow security procedures and report suspicious activity.
