Qualifications

• 1 year: Cash handling and customer service experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and negotiable items accurately for consumer and business accounts and loans; confirm transactions with members to ensure needs are met.
• Balance cash drawer during the shift and at close; report outages for audit.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide appropriate recommendations to members.
• Provide dual control support for in-branch cash machines and ATMs, including maintenance and balancing.
• Support teller transactions, including hold reviews, overrides, complex transactions, and escalated requests.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member inquiries; perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and applicable laws and regulations (BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC).
• Commit to excellent customer service using Member Service & Loyalty Skills.
