Mayo Employees Federal Credit Union in La Crosse, WI is seeking a part-time Teller to assist members with financial transactions in a friendly, accurate manner. This role supports Branch Operations, typically 4 hours per day on weekdays plus one Saturday morning every third week, with starting pay of $19/hour and potential advancement to $20/hour after 6+ months.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months cash-handling experience.
• Candidates must have a high aptitude for figures and the ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
• All employees must be bondable by MEFCU’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs processing of a wide variety of member transactions: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, check cashing, wire transfers, stop payments, Visa cash advances, and receipts; processes night-drop and mail transactions.
• Receives and processes loan and Visa payments.
• Manages a cash drawer and balances transactions daily in accordance with teller accuracy policy.
• Operates PC/terminal/printers to record transactions and maintain account records.
• Maintains security and confidentiality of member information.
