Qualifications

• Experience in teller or member service area preferred
• Cash handling experience
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under sometimes stressful situations

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, policies, and procedures
• Balance cash drawer and investigate discrepancies
• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• Identify and respond to member inquiries and requests
