WSECU is seeking a branch team member to deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced environment at the Lacey location. You will handle cash accurately, assist members, and collaborate with a diverse team to meet financial needs while upholding compliance standards.

The role emphasizes recommending suitable products, supporting both WSECU and TwinStar CU members, and maintaining professional conduct in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word is required.
• Basic computer skills and software literacy.
• Strong listening and both verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or on a team.
• Ability to make product recommendations and cross-sell.
• Ability to research and resolve numeric discrepancies.

• Providing excellent member service in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurately and efficiently handling cash.
• Working successfully as a part of a diverse branch team.
• Effectively using resources to assist members with routine and complex financial needs.
• Recommending products and services based on member needs.
• Assisting members of our two partner credit unions – WSECU and TwinStar CU in an efficient, professional manner.
• Observing WSECU Code of Conduct and operating standards and performs duties in compliance with regulatory requirements.
