WSECU is seeking a branch team member to deliver excellent member service in a fast-paced environment at the Lacey location. You will handle cash accurately, assist members, and collaborate with a diverse team to meet financial needs while upholding compliance standards.
The role emphasizes recommending suitable products, supporting both WSECU and TwinStar CU members, and maintaining professional conduct in line with regulatory requirements.

With your knowledge, caring and eagerness to help, you will know our members by name and they will know you!
$18.86 - $28.29 per hour or annual, dependent on relevant qualifications, plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits package
The target starting pay for this position is $18.86 - $23.58 per hour, typically within the first half of the range. Actual offers will be based on individual qualifications relevant to the role and will not take an applicant’s pay history into account.
The range above allows our employees room for growth through annual merit and other pay increase during their tenure in the position.

Monday-Friday, 8:15 am-6:15 pm, Saturdays 9:15 am-3:00 pm (Saturdays required), and some evenings as needed, Part-time employees work a minimum of 20 hours per week and may be scheduled up to 34 hours per week, occasionally working more hours requiring scheduling flexibility based on business needs
