Job summary

You will handle deposits and withdrawals, answer questions, and support cross-sell of banking products while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, checks, and cash transactions.
• Provide client service in lobby and drive-up locations.
• Identify cross-sell and referrals by understanding client needs and promoting products.
• Record activities and referrals in the 360View system.
• Maintain cash drawer and comply with security procedures.
• Assist in training and teamwork to achieve results.
