Job summary

Responsibilities include processing deposits and payments, assisting customers at lobby and drive-up, and completing duties with integrity while adhering to bank procedures and security measures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in cash handling preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and other teller transactions.
• Assist clients in person and over the phone with inquiries.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using the 360View system.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and security procedures.
• Support team and provide excellent customer service.
