The role offers 24–28 hours per week with potential advancement to Teller II/III and access to internal openings in lending, marketing, IT, HR, and finance, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months cash handling/customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in basic computer operation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist members with account inquiries, debit card replacements, online banking, and direct deposit letters.
• Recommend products and services to support members' financial goals.
• Maintain accurate member records and stay current on offerings.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support branch operations with clerical tasks.
