Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6–12 months cash handling and customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, problem-solving and communication.
• Proficiency in basic computer operation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Preferred: college degree, retail banking experience, familiarity with Fiserv DNA, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing and transfers.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Assist members with account inquiries, debit card replacements and online banking.
• Recommend products and services to support members' financial goals.
• Maintain accurate member records and stay updated on offerings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support branch operations with clerical tasks.
