Job summary

Heritage Federal Credit Union in Henderson, KY is seeking a part-time Teller at our Gibbs location. You will greet members, educate them on ITMs, answer questions about Heritage products, and help with basic account transactions.

The role requires sales experience, strong customer service, and solid communication skills. Availability Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays 7:30am–4:30pm, with rotating Saturdays 8:30am–12:30pm. Starting pay is $17.80 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in sales preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.
• Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.
• Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.
• Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers.
• Assist members with technical services and account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs.
• Cross-sell products and services and stay informed about Heritage offerings.
• Fill in at other locations as needed.
• Other duties as required.
