Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in lobby or drive-thru.
• Process daily transactions: deposits, cashing checks, loan payments, cash disbursements.
• Verify signatures and funds, ensure accuracy of amounts.
• Explain and upsell bank products like cashier's checks and prepaid gift cards.
• Assist customers with account issues and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions per bank procedures.
• Balance cash drawer daily and manage currency by denomination.
• Provide excellent customer service and foster positive relationships.
• Possible drive-thru and location-hopping responsibilities.
