Qualifications

• 1-2 years of cash handling experience.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Member Service Representative (MSR).
• Meet member needs by knowledge of all products and services.
• Run deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, transfers with accuracy.
• Identify potential fraud and take appropriate action to protect member and Credit Union.
• Assist in cross-selling and support branch goals and initiatives.
• Balance cash drawer daily and process night drop.
• Help members access safe deposit boxes and answer inquiries.
