Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and withdrawals.
• Answer clients' questions in person and by phone.
• Record transactions using 360View and other systems.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer to bankers.
• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and reconcile cash.
• Provide outstanding client service and protect confidentiality.
