Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a cash handling role preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Handle client account services including deposits, loan payments, and withdrawals.
• Assist clients in person and by phone; answer questions.
• Process currency transactions and prepare currency reports.
• Identify cross-sell and referral opportunities to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals using 360View.
• Process credit card applications and other banking forms.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of client information.
• Attend trainings to enhance product knowledge.
• Support teammates to meet branch goals.
