Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person excellent client service in a branch setting.
• Perform teller functions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client servicing issues, escalate when needed.
• Engage clients to discuss financial wellness and refer to bankers.
• Attend in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
• Follow compliance, audit and security procedures and balance cash drawer.
• Stay informed on product guides, fees, and policies.
• Work Saturdays as directed by management.
• Prepare for additional duties and adapt to changes as assigned.
• Adhere to company policies and professional conduct at all times.
