Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawers, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and other transactions while following audit and security policies.
• Assist with daily ATM balancing, verify deposits, and support vault responsibilities.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and build product knowledge.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to appropriate departments.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls, and ethical standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Provides high-quality, accurate, and timely customer service in a retail banking environment, handling daily financial transactions and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Responsible for recommending banking products, referring clients to appropriate departments, and developing long-term profitable relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawers, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions while ensuring adherence to audit and security policies.
