Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Subcontract Data Analytics Specialist in Houston, TX, with part-time telework and three days of in-person presence per week. You will transform subcontractor data into clear insights to support risk management and executive reporting.

You will lead Power BI dashboards, develop standardized views, and collaborate with Subcontracts leadership and project controls to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 3–5 years of data analytics, project controls, or related experience.
• Strong ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Aggregate and analyze subcontractor data (commercial status, commitments, changes, performance, compliance, risks).
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports on subcontractor health and trends.
• Design standardized subcontractor reporting views for leadership and stakeholders.
• Create paginated and executive reports for internal and client use.
• Build data models integrating subcontract systems and project controls tools.
• Support data quality, governance, and consistency across datasets.
• Respond to ad hoc subcontractor reporting requests.
• Document reporting standards and data definitions with user guidance.
• Serve as Power BI superuser for training and troubleshooting.
