Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience, or 12–14 years total work experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred and may substitute for part of the experience.
• Willingness to relocate to a project site, domestic or international.
• Proven, in-demand technical depth in at least one Solutions Group capability area.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 30/60/90-day Bechtel-ization plan and be fully productive on first tasks.
• Lead assigned scope on a short-term assignment under a Sponsor, meeting scope, duration, and performance conditions.
• Mobilize to the assigned project site and take up a project or functional-staff role at appropriate level.
• Apply technical depth in Primavera planning, 4D simulation, data analytics, or systems integration.
