Job summary

Environmental And Safety Solutions, Inc. is seeking a part-time procurement professional to manage purchase orders and bids. You will prepare bidder lists, qualify bidders, and issue bid requests while coordinating with Engineering to meet project needs.

You will also prepare bid summaries, obtain approvals, and monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contract terms. This role requires strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Qualifications

• Requisitions and purchase orders formation and tracking.
• Prepare bidder lists, prequalify bidders, and coordinate bids.
• Ensure supplier performance aligns with contract terms and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bidders’ lists and qualified bidders.
• Coordinate with Engineering for material requisitions and procurement.
• Form bid packages and issue bid requests, coordinate questions and receive bids.
• Prepare Commercial Bid Summary and recommendations to award.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to define requirements and ensure performance.
• Identify and secure agreement on PO changes and revisions.
• Monitor supplier performance and conformance to commercial terms.
