Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Telehealth Aide to support virtual mental healthcare in long-term care facilities. This on-site role involves assisting patients, setting up telehealth sessions, and coordinating with facility staff and clinicians.

The position is part-time and temporary (approximately 45 days), with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. Travel across assigned facilities is expected within the territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel between facilities and across territory.
• Monday–Friday availability during normal business hours.
• Comfort setting up and operating telehealth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate telehealth equipment (computers, cameras, devices).
• Ensure equipment functions before and during appointments.
• Assist patients with connecting to telehealth sessions and provide reassurance.
• Serve as on-site liaison between telehealth providers and facility staff.
• Travel to and service multiple long-term care facilities per day.
