Job summary

PsychoGeriatric Services (PGS) is seeking a Telehealth Aide to provide on-site support at long-term care facilities in Silver Spring, MD. This part-time, temporary role lasts approximately 45 days and involves coordinating telehealth sessions for our remote clinicians and facility staff.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, guiding patients through sessions, and traveling between facilities within the coverage area. A high level of communication and comfort with technology is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with patients and staff.
• Comfortable setting up and operating telehealth equipment and basic tech troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate telehealth equipment, ensuring readiness before appointments.
• Assist patients with connecting to telehealth sessions and provide guidance throughout sessions.
• Serve as the on-site liaison between telehealth providers and facility staff; troubleshoot issues.
• Travel to assigned long-term care facilities to support scheduled patient appointments.
• Commute between multiple facilities per day as scheduling requires.
