Responsibilities

Set up and operate telehealth equipment and ensure it works before appointments.
Assist patients with connecting to telehealth sessions and provide reassurance during the process.
Serve as on-site liaison between telehealth providers and facility staff.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when necessary.
Travel to assigned long-term care facilities to support scheduled patient appointments.
