Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate leads and qualify prospects through telemarketing techniques.
• Experience using CRM software to track interactions and sales pipelines.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to assist customers in placing orders and handling follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective clients with tailored solutions.
• Use telemarketing to generate leads, qualify prospects, and expand the customer base.
• Manage customer interactions via phone with clear, professional dialogue.
• Use CRM software to track interactions, update records, and monitor pipelines.
• Negotiate terms to close deals while maintaining positive relationships.
• Assist existing customers in placing orders.
• Additional office duties as assigned.
