  • Ability to effectively teach technology concepts to students of varying ages and skill levels.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and parents.
  • Commitment to fostering a faith-based learning environment and supporting the mission of Catholic education.
  • Successful completion of all required background checks and diocesan Safe Environment requirements.

  • Teach digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, keyboarding, coding, productivity software, and other technology-related skills as appropriate.
  • Integrate technology concepts and tools that support student learning and engagement.
  • Maintain and manage technology resources, equipment, and instructional materials used in the classroom.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment that encourages responsible digital citizenship.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback on performance and skill development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support technology integration across the curriculum.
  • Monitor student use of technology and ensure compliance with school technology policies.
  • Maintain accurate records, grades, and attendance as required.
  • Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and school events as assigned.
  • Support and uphold the mission, values, and Catholic identity of Sacred Heart Catholic School.

Job Summary

Sacred Heart Catholic School is seeking a Part-Time Technology Teacher to provide engaging and age-appropriate technology instruction to students while promoting digital literacy, creativity, and responsible technology use.
