Job Summary

St. Clare of Assisi School has an opening for apart-timeTechnology Teacherfor the 2026-2027school year. Thetechnology teacher will work closely with classroom teachers to integratetechnologyneeded to advancestudentneeds. This will include but not be limitedto:

• teaching keyboarding skills
• Google Workspace,Docs,Slides, Sheets
• teaching how to makepresentationsand reports
• Educational appsusedin classrooms.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering instruction in basic technology skills, typing, and software use.
• Teaching digital citizenship, online safety, and responsible technology behaviors.
• Introducing foundational coding concepts and problem‑solving activities.
• Maintaining and organizing computer lab hardware, peripherals, and supplies.
• Supporting teachers with technology integration and digital tools.
• Assessing student progress and adapting instruction for diverse ability levels.
• Creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
• Collaborating with staff and participating in school-wide initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Current and valid teaching certificate.
• Prior classroom teaching experience.
