Job summary

Victra seeks a Part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service and help shape the in-store guest experience. You will assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer interactions to connect guests with the right technology solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: ability to lift 10 pounds; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction and ensure a positive visit.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests and make tech look simple.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to meet customer needs.
• Support fast-paced store environment by assisting the team with guest interactions and follow-through.
