Job summary

Victra is hiring a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will support sales processes, merchandise, data transfers, and guest interactions during busy periods.

You will also conduct account reviews, provide product benefits, and create personal connections with guests to simplify tech choices. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and availability for evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak Nov–Dec.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations to customers.
