Victra, Verizon's premier retailer, seeks a part‑time Sales Support Representative to support store operations and guest experiences. You will engage with customers, review needs, and recommend products while helping with merchandising and cleanliness.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year customer service, ability to work evenings/weekends, and legal work authorization in the U.S. Salary starts at $14 per hour with paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred in retail or service environment.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive guest experience.
• Review guest needs and suggest product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and have fun connecting with customers.
