Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service in our retail stores. You will support the sales process, assist with account reviews, merchandising, and customer queue triage during peak times, while creating a memorable in-store experience for guests.

Responsibilities include presenting product benefits, building personal connections, and assisting the team with follow-through. Training is provided and the role starts at $18.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec and peak vacation periods).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive visit.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product recommendations.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
