Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to help deliver world-class service in-store. You will assist with account reviews, merchandising, and guest interactions to create a positive experience.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour, with paid training and a flexible schedule of 8 to 25 hours per week. Candidates should have a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec included).
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Physical ability to lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and queue triage during busy times.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest interaction.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present product/service options.
• Build personal connections with guests and explain technology simply.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional service to meet customer needs.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through during peak times.
