Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service. You will guide guests through our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect customers to what matters most, from devices to plans.

You will earn by base hourly rate plus uncapped commission, with paid training and ramp‑up support. The role requires 18+, HS diploma, and willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (November–December).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Proven ability to communicate customer solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
