Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a part-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time, becoming the face of Victra in-store and helping guests connect with technology through friendly, knowledgeable assistance.

You will earn with uncapped commissions, receive paid training, and have opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced retail environment that values performance and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
