You will aim to exceed monthly sales goals, learn from store leaders, provide product benefits, and create personal connections with customers. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.
• Retail or sales experience is a plus.
