Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking a Meta Retail Specialist to support a set territory of retail displays on a part-time schedule. You will perform installations, maintenance, and merchandising tasks across stores, using basic hand tools and following brand standards to keep displays on-brand and functional.

The role offers 19–26 hours per week with flexible scheduling, paid training, mileage, and drive time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with display installations, merchandising, and planogram execution preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools to maintain displays.
• Experience or aptitude for diagnosing and resolving physical display issues, including lighting components, fixtures, and non-functioning buttons.
• Experience or aptitude for identifying and resolving basic electronic and connectivity issues, including cabling, power, and component integration.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled service visits across an assigned route of retail locations, adhering to established schedules and program requirements.
• Consistently complete assigned work according to established schedules and minimize unnecessary rescheduling.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain full functionality and performance of assigned displays.
• Execute installations, display builds, and refreshes, including fixturing, cabling, media players, and security components.
• Manage and complete ad‑hoc service requests within 48–72‑hour SLAs, where required.
• Ensure full compliance with planograms (POG), brand standards, and display requirements across all locations.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and help implement lasting solutions.
• Accurately document and report all service activity, outcomes, and insights on time.
• Perform merchandising tasks including inventory replenishment, POP placement, and pricing/fact tag execution.
• Manage and reconcile trunk stock inventory, ensuring appropriate replacement parts are available to support efficient service delivery and first‑time fix success.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with in‑store personnel.
• Participate in team calls, client interactions as required, and field ride‑alongs to support program success.
• Complete administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness, including scheduling and same‑day reporting.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Maintain compliance with all company safety policies, required training, certifications, and professional standards.
