Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in Brentwood, TN. You will visit major retail stores, set up and maintain promotional displays, and report outcomes with photos and surveys. The role runs up to 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or evenings required.

Compensation is $18.00 per hour for general merchandising, with higher rates for additional technical projects. W2 employment includes bi-weekly pay and direct deposit, plus benefits like PTO, 401(k) option

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex display diagrams and instructions.
• Willingness to travel within the territory and cover stores as required.

Responsibilities

• Visit major retail stores to complete projects in the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting of promotional displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and photos after each store visit.
