Qualifications

• Associate degree and two years of related HR experience; equivalent combination accepted.
• Two years of related experience in human resources.
• Experience using Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and meeting with managers or HR staff to discuss needs and create recruitment plans.
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, military installations and outreach programs.
• Reviews applications to determine qualifications for the position.
• Coordinating and attending job fairs.
• Provides consultation to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Posting job announcements and screening applicants using applicant tracker.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations.
• Some day and overnight travel may be required.
