Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana, PA is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle on-site. You will partner with department leaders to identify hiring needs, post positions in HRIS, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and assist with offers while tracking KPIs.

A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience, and HRIS/UKG recruiting familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
• Experience with HRIS recruiting systems; UKG recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and facilitates all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify hiring needs and communicates regularly with managers regarding status of open positions.
• Provides a minimum of a weekly update to managers with open positions.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Post positions in HRIS and internal job board.
• Assists with advertisement processes.
• Screens applications and selects qualified candidates to forward to hiring manager.
• Coordinates with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Conducts reference and background checks, as per company policy.
• Assists, communicates, and updates candidates with navigating all pre-employment requirements and process.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Track and report KPI’s including time-to-fill and vacancy rate.
• Present benefit package and information to applicants.
