Job summary

IRMC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Part Time) for an on-site role in Indiana, PA. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, partner with department managers, and manage offer processes.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and prior HRIS/UKG recruiting experience. Candidates should be comfortable presenting benefits and tracking recruitment KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing all phases of recruitment/hiring process preferred.
• Experience with HRIS recruiting systems; UKG recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and provide status updates.
• Provide weekly updates to managers with open positions.
• Post positions in HRIS and on internal job boards; assist with advertisement.
• Screen applications and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with managers and stakeholders; participate as needed.
• Assist with offers, including salary ranges and start dates; advise on compensation considerations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies; conduct reference/background checks.
• Support pre-employment requirements and candidate communications.
• Attend college job fairs and recruitment events; track KPIs and provide reporting.
• Present benefits information to applicants.
