Job summary

Caring Network in Glen Ellyn, IL is seeking a part-time Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake through onboarding. You will attract mission-aligned talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and thoughtful outreach.

The role emphasizes building candidate pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, screening and coordinating interviews, and promoting the organization's faith-driven mission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting, sourcing and talent acquisition, university degree preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms required.
• Experience recruiting for multiple disciplines including administrative, professional, leadership, ministry, and healthcare roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategy to attract qualified candidates for open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruiting workflows and candidate records within the ATS.
