Job summary

You will collaborate with HR partners, manage ATS records, and utilize metrics to improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and process consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Strong consultation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using multiple sourcing methods.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in the ATS.
• Monitor time-to-fill, pipeline health, and other recruiting metrics.
• Ensure compliant and consistent recruiting practices across the function.
• Collaborate with HR partners and cross-functional teams during the process.
• Support high-volume and specialized hiring as business needs evolve.
